Mud Recycling Plant
AIMEQUIP was contracted by JR Richard’s to design, supply, install, and commission a solution for the treatment of NDD mud. This initiative underscores AIMEQUIP’s capability in delivering comprehensive systems for the effective management and processing of specialized industrial waste.
Scope of Work
- Design: Engineering a mud treatment system that includes mud cleaners combining desanders and/or desilters for effective solids removal from the mud, tailored to JR Richard’s specific operational needs in handling NDD mud.
- Supply: Provision of a complete mud recycling system equipped with advanced features such as vibration strength adjustment, a comprehensive set of screens, desilters, and centrifugal pumps, ensuring optimal performance and durability.
- Installation: Overseeing the entire installation process to ensure proper setup and integration with JR Richard’s existing facilities for NDD mud treatment.
- Commissioning: Conducting detailed testing and validation procedures to confirm the system’s efficiency in treating NDD mud, achieving desired separation and purity levels for solids and liquids.
- Training: Providing in-depth training for JR Richard’s staff on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of the mud treatment system to ensure sustained effectiveness and safety.

- Providing ongoing technical support and maintenance services post-installation to guarantee the system’s reliability and efficiency over time.
