AIMEQUIP was tasked by JR Richard’s to devise and implement a comprehensive solution for treating oily water and sludge. The project emphasizes AIMEQUIP’s expertise in engineering advanced treatment systems tailored to effectively manage and process complex industrial wastes.

Scope of Work

  • Design: Engineering a tailored treatment solution that includes high-speed decanter centrifuges for efficient separation of solids from liquids in slurry conditions, specifically designed for the wastewater treatment, chemical, oil, and food processing industries.
  • Supply: Delivering a full suite of equipment, including high-speed decanter centrifuges with features like stainless steel construction, hardened alloy impellers, and SKF bearings, ensuring durability and high performance in harsh industrial environments.
  • Installation: Overseeing the meticulous installation process to ensure optimal setup and integration with JR Richard’s existing waste management infrastructure.
  • Commissioning: Conducting thorough testing and validation to confirm the system’s efficacy in treating oily water and sludge, achieving desired separation and purity levels.
  • Training: Providing comprehensive training to JR Richard’s personnel on the operation, maintenance, and safety procedures of the new treatment system to ensure sustained performance and safety.
