Sludge Dewatering System
AIMEQUIP was contracted by ReGroup to provide a comprehensive solution for sludge management through the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a Belt Press Sludge Dehydration System. This system is integral for the efficient dewatering of sludge, predominantly in wastewater treatment, making it an essential utility for industrial and municipal operations.
Scope of Work
Design: Custom design of a Belt Press Sludge Dehydration System to meet ReGroup’s specific operational needs, with an emphasis on efficient sludge dewatering and moisture reduction.
Supply: Provision of all equipment and components necessary for the belt press system, including but not limited to, the thick motor, press motor, washing pressure system, control cabinet, and all required rolls and belts made from durable materials like stainless steel (SS304) and polypropylene for the scraper.
Installation: Overseeing the comprehensive installation process, ensuring the system’s stability, alignment, and integration with existing infrastructure.
Commissioning: Conducting rigorous testing to validate the system’s performance, efficiency, and compliance with environmental standards. Training ReGroup’s personnel on the operation and maintenance of the system to ensure long-term reliability and efficiency.
